Shelby Cobra Concept--Will they build it?

I have the Shelby Cobra as my desktop wallpaper. I love to close a program and have it appear. If Ford is smart, they will make it for around the Viper price in limited quantities.

I agree, having a limited production car between the Cobra and GT only makes sense to me. The price will be prenium because of the Shelby moniker but if the performance is right, nobody will care.

I'd say there is a very good chance for the Cobra meeting production. My thoughts are that the GT will end production after the 3 years and the Cobra will continue where it left off. I'm hoping the 605hp figure doesn't drop off.

they developed that engine for two years, and made sure the new mustang also accomodates it. Could have a nice pair of shelbys in the near future. A super mustang would fill the gap between svt and a cobra roadster as well. Its been mentioned a few times durring mustang development that there will be a shelby.
