I just bought a used vortech v2 setup, and have some questions. I have 93 gt, currently the engine is out (on a stand) and I don't know the year of the engine. Block reads F1SE, so I am assuming it's a 91. Rods/pistons are stock with new rings and bearings (I don't know if they are forged or not). Heads are ported E7s, I have F303 cam, FMU, holley systemax intake with 70mm TB, mac equal lengths, C&L 73mm maf, no injectors yet, aeromotive FPR, fuel pump is upgraded for sure (I don't know the LPH but it's loud)

When I rebuilt the bottom end I didn't intend on supercharging, but what's done is done. Anyways my questions are:

Can I safely run 5-6 psi on this setup without destroying stock rods/pistons? I don't have a HP goal, if I can get around 350whp safely that would be fine for now.

If so what size pulley should I start with? (currently there is 2.9 pulley on the blower, I know it's way too small).

I don't have any fuel injectors yet, what size should I get?

I have C&L 73mm maf right now, should I sell it for a different one? or will this one work ok?

I have an FMU, will it work fine on a low boost application? or do I need to go in different direction with tuning?

I don't have a smog pump and it looks like one is needed to make the kit work, can I run a smog pump delete pulley setup? or do I need a smog pump?

Does anyone have a link to install instructions for a vortech kit?

At this point I am looking for some direction and any help would be appreciated, any other suggestions are welcome.
