Hi guys - I am putting my old 97 cams in my new 04 heads and want to set the timing. I have not been able to find a cam card for either so I figured I would just set the timing so both banks match. Reading the manuals on this (have not done if before) it says I need a solid lifter so it doesn't compress when I rotate the engine.

Any ideas of where to get one of these things? If it is SPX OTC I am sure it will cost me $400! Lol :)

MMR sells a solid adjustable lifter for cam timing setups. There was an extensive thread over at corral.net on the topic.
