Heres the scenario:
Pulled into an intersection and boogered up the 2nd gear shift. No biggie re-shift and gave it a ton of gas to escape oncoming traffic. Car hesitated for a second then took off as strong as ever. But..... I noticed I tripped the SES light. Scanned it and... Bank 1 Lean.
This same code has tripped before (a few months ago) prior to the chip and pulley. Ford techs said if it happens again don't clear it, bring it in and they'll change my MAF. This doesn't sound quite right to me. Opinions??
