Selling my 1994 SVT cobra

It's a project but does run and drive the issues ante rear main seal leaking,trans grinds going into second and needs a heater core I've owned it for 2 years and drove it ever day for the first year the black leather has been changed by previous owner cause of rips but I do still have the back seat also the paint is pealing on the roof and spoiler I have all the SVT documents and production number it's number 2938 of 5009 what's it worth and who wants it?
