Does anyone know if the cobra covertible shares the same rear seat foam as an 02 GT convertible?????.. its obvious the seat covers are different but what about underneath??? at a glance they look the same...

I know the coupe foam is different on the seat back from GT to Cobra but from the looks of your vert photos I'd say there the same. The 50/50 split coupe foam backs had different grooves cut as well as different hook and loop locations to keep the seat covers contoured properly.
They sure look the same on the photos though! Maybe since the verts are low production volume they didn't want to invest in too many different patterns.
