Step 2: Install Velcro Straps like so
Step 3: Fasten your seat belt, and then move Velcro strap across waist till seat belt no longer cuts into neck
I have purchased seat belt clips before, but they were very bulky. So one day I was staring at this roll of Velcro on my desk. Ran outside and did this instead. If you don't like them, take them off and wrap all the wires in your house.
