so basically I was updating the firmware on my act flash tuner and half way through my dog ran by and ripped the cord out of the usb drive... now when i plug it in its just a blank blue screen and the updater can't even read the flasher or pull the serial # and i can't enter it in manually.. anybody ever experience this and what can i do? may just call SCT tomorrow.
