The programmer is pretty much brand new with 2 tunes. Only time it was out of the box was for the tunes then right back into the box. Its in perfect working condition and i loaded the stock tune back in the car so im assuming its unlocked..

ttt, still got the idlers, got an eaton, lower intake, brand new MM aluminum steering rack bushings,the sct xcal 3, couple of stock plenums and throttle boddies, stock pulley cover..
