I have a sct x3 power flash tuner model 3000 that is locked still that I'm wanting to sell. All I have is the tuner don't have the computer cable which you can get for cheap. But it has 5 of 5 unlocks just needs Sent In to sct to be unlocked which is $150. Then your ready to tune at half the cost
