SCT X3 Tuner Advice

Hi All -

A few years back I purchased a 2001 Cobra which came with a SCT X3 tuner. I would like to put a small shot of nitrous on the car (say 75 shot) and I was wondering a few things about this tuner as it is all new to me:

1.) It seems a professional tune is the way to go but could I make this tuner work pulling timing (it seems so)?
2.) The previous owner had the car professionally tuned on a dyno. How would that affect things? Would I just be modifying on top of that tune? Can I save that professional tune on to the device if I ever wanted to revert back to it?

Thanks for any feedback. I'm mostly trying to get started understanding the capabilities of this device given the car has a professional tune.

You can keep the tune you have now as the device will hold up to 10 custom tunes, but your nitrous tune would be a completely new custom tune from whoever you choose, they would not be able to add that to your current tune unless you found the exact place your previous tune was made at.
