^^yes, its how lund tunes. However a flash tune like the SCT email tunes are not as accurate as a custom tune with data logging, etc.

Yes it can hold custom e-mail tunes, be used to store custom data logged tunes, and can be used to perform data logging.

and if its your thing it can do the SCT strategy tuning.
