SCT tuner problem

I reciently went ot my tuners shop to do some dyno tuning and when ever we would try to load the tune it would get to 25% then say complete. i would have to unplug the tuner form the obd2 port and replug it in for the full tune to load. it would do this everytime we tried to load the tune to the vehicle. i wanted to see if anyone else had this issue before contacting SCT. i also updated the firmware on the tuner. but i loaded a few tunes fine before this started to happen.

Never heard of it happening...firmware update mess it up?

Hmm, I thought unplugging the tuner during the upload would yield the same results as turning the key off - ****ed up PCM.

and i didnt unplug it during upload. it just would hit 25 % and it would say complete. i would turn the car off then re plug in the programmer and it would go all the way to 100 %

My buddy had an issue with his 2011. I don't remember the exact problem, but I think it was similar to your's. There was an extra letter on the computer code he had to give SCT to get things to work correctly.
