sct problems

dont know if its the right place to ask but i figured id give it a shot.

I just bought an intake/tuner package from a member on here, he said he returned his car to stock and sold this kit to me... Now i went to try and install it and it says Wrong Vehicle, The tune optionns are a 93 tune, and it also says return to stock, Any advice on how to make this work, if not so i can return it... Thanks

Sounds like it could still be married to the other car. Call the other guy you bought it from and ask if he unmarried it from his ECU.

X2 worse case scenario take it to an sct dealer and have them send it to SCT and unlock it. It's like 100 bucks.
