sct livewire ts 2004 cobra

I have been on and off the phone with sct the last couple days. They had me check to see if there was a chip on the pcm, check voltage, all the fuses, disable the radio and amps, have a jump box on the car while trying to tune. Still have the same issue, I keep getting the 110b8 error code. Now they're telling me I have a bad ground wire? Is there anyone else who may have had these same issues.
