I had an SCT dealer set me up just a base tune file for my Procharged 99 Cobra so I could get it running and driving so I can drive it around till I can get it on the dyno for a complete tune in the next week or so. The car only has an offroad X-pipe and D1SC at 9psi. I have 39lb injectors, and a stock MAF with MAFia on setting 2. The tune is just a base file for a supercharged car with 93 octane and they made the corrections in the tune for the MAFia setting. The driveability is dead on which I couldn't believe with a blow-thru setup. My question is are these base files generally pretty conservative? I have an Innovate wideband I could use so couldn't I just datalog with the Xcal2 and wideband and tweak the WOT A/F and timing with the end user adjustments in the Xcal2 and not even have to go to the dyno?
