It looks like I need to replace the MAF in my car. If replaced do I need to have the computer re-tuned or can I just replace it?

I want to say if you replace it with an identical unit you should be fine but with your power output it can't hurt to at least log the A/F at WOT

Identical MAF you should be fine. If you have an AFR gauge keep an eye on it when you go on the initial test drive.
