This video is from the South Carolina Muscle Car Society drag day in South Carolina. We went to an 1/8th mile strip because it is the closest to where we all live. The closest 1/4 mile strip is almost 3 hours away. I'm driving a 78 Vette with a mildly built 400, but the fastest car we went with was a 70 El Camino with a 498ci blown by a Weiand 8-71 with around 1200hp. Some other cars were: 05' GT Mustang with bolt ons (white), 67' LS6 Impala (blue), 72' Camaro with built 350 (blue with white stripes), 90' 383 Firebird Formula (red), 82' Z28 with built 350 (yellow with black stripes)......etc... It was a blast. The white Z28 broke down on I-95 (alternator) so the driver thought he make the best of it by dancing a little jig....lol
