Central Florida Region SCCA put on their first PDX event at Daytona, and they did an incredible job. First the price was too good not to sign up, $90 for the day (4 - 20 min sessions). I think the best part of it was almost everyone there got a nice big garage space in the Nationwide series garages. It was such a relief to have that instead of sitting out in the sun all day in 90 degree temps. Everything went very smooth, the workers took care of any screwballs on course very quickly, and overall I was very impressed!! I will definitely be signing up for their next PDX event.
I took a in-car video with my GoPro during my second session. This is my second DE ever, so any input or critiques would be appreciated! The car in front of me was some prepped 325is from the driver's school; not sure why he was running in the PDX group, but I had some good fun with him!
