Scaling Injectors on a 03-04 Cobra

I have done reading on what scaling is on a cars fuel injectors. I am still not up to par on what effects it exactly and what can handle it. If two cars had the same ECU say an 03-04 Cobra computer. Both running the same injectors ID2000.

How much different scaling would a car need for one that is:

Compound boost running E98: making 1100rwhp

Kenne Bell running E85: Making 800rwhp

Kenne Bell running 93: Making 700rwhp
