That might have been me if it was down by the airport around 1500. I got stuck on the exit ramp from 94 cause the state cops were holding up traffic. Seems Dick Cheney popped into town and they bottled up the ramp for 20 frickin minutes. Saw the limos and knew it had to be some cabinet member.

I don't think it was you post, becuase I saw this 03 further up north, like around the Ann Arbor Trail cross-road..... (so unless you took Middlebelt all the way up maybe?)
