well not really but they were pretty closed to being considered dead on arrival. I cleaned up using some APC I had in an unlabeled bottle. Started out buffing the lenses with HD Adapt but switched to Wolfgang Total Swirl remover then back to the HD Adapt as the final correction stage. I sealed with some HD Poxy. I greased up the black plastic with CG Extreme Shine. Some of the scratches were pretty deep and I thought I was going to have to wet sand them, but the buffing got all the scratches out. I think they turned out pretty good considering what I paid for them and how much some people pay.
1. What they looked like when I first got home with them.
2. Backside.
3. Nastiness
4. Lots of scratches and scuff marks
5. More scratches
6. Final results--not too bad for an hour or so of cleaning and buffing
7. Final results, backside view
