You're gonna want Lethal Performance Carbon Fiber Tail Light Bezels (2018-2023 Mustang) - LP-CF-S550-18TLB !

Also, it does sit flush EVERYWHERE outside of the bottom of the deck lid panel. Reason being of course, since it's "raised" from the factory so that you can get your fingers underneath to open the trunk.
