safety requirements for low 10's ???

Finally getting ready to go into the single digits, need to start buying some safety gear. What is required , what to buy or put on Christmas wish list? I think I should prepare for 9's. How many layer jacket, pants etc. ?

Fire jacket, Sfi approved helmet, fire pants, neck brace, might as well add a cage to the list.

Depends what your track lets you get away with... I know of a couple 9sec low 10sec mustangs that don't have a bar or belts. If you specify No ET at my home track, they don't say anything... You still get a slip, but no one else see's what you run. NMRA Street Stang is pretty lenient, they let low 10's slide without a bar
