Had someone say to put on a 315-325 on a 10.5" rim. Seems like that wouldnt work.

Anyone have experience with this rim?

What will happen if i throw on a taller tire. 305/35 vs my stock 285/35

Sure, you could put a 315 or 325 on it, althought 11 width would be optimal... Regardless, good luck with finding tires in a 315 or 325 in 19's.... I settled with 305s for this reason. The 325 was too short in MPSS.

I run a 305/35/19 MPSS on a 1.5 inch drop on BMR springs, plenty of room, car actually needs to drop another half inch to look right.

I agree, running MPSS 315/35/20 with 1in drop and it sits perfect.

Ive been wanting another set of wheels for trackdays but cant find any race tire/ wheel combo close to that size. Anything smaller that 28.7in tall tire with a 1in drop make the car look like its a truck.

Based on my experience with the 9.5 +33 tech 7s I wouldn't. Comparably a 295 would sit in about 2 mm and a 305 out 3. I almost rub as it
