Here's a quick video comparing the Roush axle back to the Hushpower axle back on my car. I have a Lethal Off-Road X pipe too.

The Hushpower has more drone on my car, the Roush has some, but much less.

I like the sound of the Hushpowers better, so I put some Damplifier Pro in the trunk, and it tamed the drone.

The drone is still there, but it is livable now. I only put on 10 sheets in different spots in the trunk, I didn't cover everything. Didn't want to soundproof as much as stop the vibration to get rid of the drone.

I didn't ecpect it to work very well, but it worked surprisingly well.

I may add some more this srping, but for now I'm done.

I'm putting the Roushes up for sale. PM me if interested...

Man, the Hushpowers just sound so right! Every time I hear them I think of "Bullitt".

Great vid!

I just ordered the Hushpowers a few days ago.

I was trying to decide between the Hushpowers and Roush.

Of course, I don't have a x-pipe.

The Roush sound like they are louder, a good thing, but they are very raspy.
In your vid they sound great inside the car, but not as good from outside.

The Hushpowers sound so nice and deep, but I am afraid they are going to be too quiet inside the car without a midpipe.

My daughter has SLP Loudmouths on her 2007 Mustang GT, they sound great, but I have heard clips and they also sound raspy on the 5.0....

Oh well, I'll find out soon.

Thanks for the vid.

Yeah, the Roushes do sound good from the inside. I really had no idea they sounded like that on the outside though. I don't like that sound at all...
