I've heard talk that you can change pullies with out changing the tune? I'm running the stock 90mm with stock intake could I throw on an 82mm pulley without retune?

What about a jlt and 82mm pulley without retune??

My VMP tune works for both 90mm and 82mm pulley. However, when I added a JLT, it required a new tune.
