Rolled the stang...56K warning

My little brother rolled his 1984 SVO Mustang tonight. I was infront of him in my 93. We went around a turn and both hit ice, he lost it and ended upside down off a 40' hill. He is ok but the car is junk. We will be parting it out. It has a 2.3T with a World Class T-5 tranny.

What's the insurance company saying...? It doesn't look totaled? Obviously I'm not an adjuster nor can I tell from the pics but it looks to me like it's at least fixable??!!
