Is that the stock placement of the hitch? I was always worried I'd have to move mine further in if I got a rollpan.

Yes stock replacement I think at least. Sorry I don't have a part# but it's the one UHaul sells. I have a quarter inch of spacer where the hitch bolts up to the frame to drop it a quarter inch and I have just enough clearence where the roll pan doesn't rub up against the hitch. I've towed my boat like this for many trips.

By the way the roll pan has a pop out to put the tool in for the spare tire.
