It's a 7(or 8) shot panoramic. There's another pano of the track at my flickr that's been corrected to not look fishy.

The pano and others were shot with kit lens on my D40, zoomed shots of cars racing were shot on my 55-200VR.

I shoot RAW so as a general rule all my photos get some attention in an editing program. And PS is my editing program of choice.
