The NCAA has been a joke for a very long time and I find it oddly ironic that a gestapo type organization feels it has the ability to tell others how and what to do with NIL possibilities before enrolling in a college.

Yes many of these kids are getting a free ride but the NCAA and the colleges are making tons of money off of them. Look at the upcoming EA college FB game and offering players $600 to use their likeness. Laughable.

Let us see if this temporary injunction becomes permanent.

Get this though. They all caused EA to axe the game because they wanted to get paid for their NIL. Well with the release of the new game, they're only getting $600 a piece.
