Road grime in fender wells

I just bought an 04 Cobra and cleaned her up really nice. She was in dire need of a 3 stage wax job and wheel cleaning. I still had a problem getting the road grime/build up out of the fender wells. More specifically, on the painted areas on the small piece of sides skirt facing the front tires. And that entire painted area around the rear tires in the fender well.

I have tried clay bar, cleaner wax, and degreaser. I was wondering if bug/tar remover would be any easier. Any recommendations on some high strength removal products would be apppreciated.

Thank you.

Surf City Road Trip is great stuff. A bug and tar remover might work but will definitely require rewaxing after using the product.
