My father is the Chief of Police over in Hagerstown where he was transported and I remember hearing about him getting the call about this from my mom. RIP. I didnt read the article but from what I was told it was really a tragic loss. This is why he tells his officers to always think twice before chasing someone. I remember many many similar deaths in Baltimore from this back when I was growing up and he was there. Such a shame.
