RIP brother. The good Lord has called you 10-42 for a reason. VA does have a move over law in place. Dumbasses still can't move over though. It appears as if courtesy and common sense don't apply anymore when you turn the ignition key.

word around the department is the driver of the Ram that struck TFC. Hall's crusier was impared by some type of narcotic and was traveling in the 90 to 100 mph range.

Law in NC also. Tickets used to be issued often and most cases were simply thrown out. "I did not know it was the law judge".
