Returning car to stock exhaust question

I have Kooks super street shorty headers, Jegs cat delete pipes, and the rest MBRP.
I'm putting car back to stock as much as I can to sell.

I don't want to swap back to stock headers, so can I run the Kooks on the factory tune?
I'd like to sell my SCT handheld so was hoping to not keep a tune in it unless I have to.

Your gonna have to put cats back on to run the stock tune. your Ecu wont notice the difference between the kooks and the stock headers!
