I tend to rest my foot on the clutch pedal when not pushing it in. I dont have a whole lot of knowledge on manual transmissions, just know how to drive them. Is it hard on the clutch in any way? It pushes in maybe a 1/2" to 3/4" real easy. No actaul pressure on the pedal. Thanks Steve

Dont do it, put your foot on the dead pedal, you are putting wear on your clutch if you do this constantly.

No that's a bad idea, and bad on the clutch. Use the dead pedal. I used to do that in my 96 Cobra, don't do it in the 01.

Thanks Guys. I guess I would prefer not to have to move my feet so damn much while driving, but I guess I have to.:cryying:

That little play is just probably the pedel moving but not engaging the clutch or TOB. Probably not hurting anything but not a good idea as everyone said.
