Reputable shop in central California

My father is in Iran and he's looking to have someone finish his foxbody. 92 hatchback with a blown 347. He says that it basically just needs to be put back together but the owner of the shop he'd had it at since he was my age died and now he needs a new shop. He's worried about getting screwed. Any suggestions?

San Jose area. I think he's willing to move it somewhere else in the silicon valley. I'm located in Austin Texas now. Used to live there.
