Reply Button Confusing

When you respond to a post, look at the bottom two buttons on the right. They both say "Post Reply", however, the one on the left side is for a new thread and the one on the right is the real post reply button???

Mine say new thread then the right one says post reply....sure you not cross eyed?

You must be using the white background theme. You are right, it's off. I will get it fixed as soon as I can.
