I can't seem to get this thing off. I have the 17mm hex. Is this a reverse thread? any tricks?

I cant remember if it is reverse thread, I usually use an impact gun and try reverse first. You can hold the pulley with a rag and hit it off.
Got it off. The threads are all messed up and had the pulley locked on...

No, it was just stuck on the buggered up threads.
It may could have a die run down it and Loctite the bolt but I just went ahead and ordered the boss one as I can't mess with it until this weekend and don't want to wait and find out that it did work. Ready to run the dang thing and get working on the fox again.
