In 95 there was a removable hard top for verts, less than 500 built.

A company I think in SC made them and perhaps still makes them. But their retail price was like 3-4K. It was a good product but the price was way too high. I've looked into doing this for the 05 stangs and my price is coming in at half that.

Yeah I think they made them only for '95's. There were 499 built.

Rumor has it the way Ford did it, they decapitated a body in white to get the second top. WAY too expensive for them to justify, so they discontinued.

I could have helped them with reducing costs...but they didn't ask me. :-D
