Red 03/04 Cobra near Dover AFB?

I was running outside and saw a Red 03/04 Cobra driving down the highway right outside Dover AFB, was wondering if it was anyone here? :burnout:

I've seen him before. It's an older guy and his wife. Don't think they are on this site at all.

Oh also, I finally got to ride in an 04 Cobra. I went home on leave to Lakeland and rode with a friend from need2speed to Tampa to meet the guys. His is a Kenne Bell at 21 lbs of boost, have a lil video of it.
