Recommendation(s) for engine work (mechanic, not machinist) in western Oregon?

I'm not competent to swap the heads and to do the cooling mod myself on my '04...or even to properly diagnose the loud tick that my car has. Any recommendations for a mechanic I can trust to work on my Terminator?
