Recommendation for lower pulley. Brand? Size?

I'd like some suggestions for a lower pulley for my '01 L. its tuned right now to sit @ 12 PSI at WOT. If you can please place a link to the site that you would suggest. Thanks

Keep in mind if you go with a 4# pulley a MAF or MAF extender is a REALLY good idea and with a 6# its a must. Also you will need a tuner, tune, belt and plugs.

I just saw in your sig that it was an extended cab, I'm guessing you put a Lightning motor in a reg F Series?

nope, i took a '02 lightning bed, '01 lightning motor, and a '97 f-150 Ext Cab made them make love and now i got a baby - '01 lightning Ext Cab. haha I compete in sound competitions so the backseat is pretty much useless with 3 - 15'' subs and a 3000 watt amp and capacitor. and it'll run a 13.5 with the system and street tires and a wet track.
