Recommend me some scary movies

My friend and i haven't seen any movies that really freaked us out or got us to turn it off. Her and i want to have a scary movie thon with some good scary movies be it foreign or from here.

So far from searching on here came with with maybe jacobs ladder, wishmaster(think ive seen it), and event horizon.

we have already seen the ring movies, descent, hills have eyes,shinning, exorcist, grudge and that stuff.

Is there really anything different not so much gory but more paranormal

Trilogy of Terror has always been one of my favorites. It dates back to 1975 and is something of a low budget TV movie but it's well worth a watch.
