Rebuilt title in indiana

Just trying to figure out the steps needed to start to rebuild a salvaged title in indiana. Seeing if there are any indiana cops in here that can point me in the right directions as who to talk to or where to start. Are ohio laws the same regarding rebuilt titles? My stepdad will be doing the work and he has rebuilt some cars in ohio but never indiana. thanks for your time, Brady

Check with your DMV and they will/can give you some paper work. Then contact your local police dept or Indiana State Police and they will come do a vin check (10-29) and a police inspection. Then you fill out the rest of the paper work and you should be set free.
