I have been looking for part numbers for the boss head gaskets, oil pan gaskets, front timing cover, rear/front mains, valve covers etc. Can anyone tell me what the part numbers are and what gaskets you used in your rebuilds.

You only need the head gaskets and bolts( M-6067-M50BR), all the others are reusable, they are a very durable rubber and don't need replaced unless they were damaged by fire/abuse or something.

first, there are 2 head change kits. they differ in the head bolt size. the 11-12 is a 12mm bolt. the 13+ is an 11mm bolt. But, I wouldn't mess with the head change kit. just buy the gaskets (which are as good as the cometic's) and get arp studs. its a small price to pay for the extra strength. the gaskets can be reused without issue, but I wouldn't reuse seals and they are so cheap. I finished a complete parts bin boss 302 build 2 weeks ago and have part numbers for everything if you need them.

head gaskets: CR3Z-6051-F and -G
front crank seal: XW4Z-6700-B
rear crank seal: AT4Z-6701-A
