I just had a Spec 2+ clutch installed about 250 miles ago. But I don't think that has to do with what I am hearing. When I'm slowing down to come to a light and when the car gets just under 10mph (10-5mph) I sometimes hear a thump ( 1 or 2 or 3) in a row as I come to a full stop. Sounds like as the tire rotates the noise happens. When I'm driving I don't here it though. Another thing I noticed is when I'm starting out in first gear is the drive train seems to vibrate a lot (I think this may have something to do with the Spec 2+ clutch but I'm not sure). I have only put about 250 miles on it since it was installed. The break in period for the clutch is about 400 miles. I was told be the mechanic that the clutch and flywheel showed some burn marks, so I know that the car was driven by someone that had a heavy foot.
Anyone have any ideas on what this could be?
