Rear tires -> 27 x 12.5 vs 13.5?

Looking at rims and tires and have a few questions for you all with larger drag radials looking at MT ET SS

since HP has increased (700 plus rwhp from 600) I have little traction with the nitto nt05 need more tire out back. Strictly a street car.

Will a 27 tall 13.5 (325mm)wide fit out back or should I go with 12.5(305mm).

My east wood fender roller and fender pilers just arrived today and I have the full tilt boogie low profile IRS bolt as well as MM coilovers so I can play with ride height

anyone have size similar fit or bigger so I know this combo will work?

What rims do you have that even fits 13.5" tires?

If you have a 10" wide rim I would go with the 12.5" tire, 11" wide go with the 13.5". With drag radials I like to keep about a 2"-2.5" difference between the wheel width and tire with, it doesn't stretch the sidewall and allows it to flex under heavy throttle. You shouldn't have any clearance issues with the 10" and 12.5 tire as long as you're not slammed and the offset is correct on the wheels. 11" width you may run into problems.

Haven't bought rims yet. Most people do 18x11 with 315-335 I have seen.

People who run 28's how wide are they?
