Rear tie rod dust boots

Does anyone have a source for high temperature rear tie rod dust boots? The only option I have found is the 2000 R OE rod end (M-5848-R00), of which I only need the dust boot.

I bought the 00R tie rods from Jack Demmer Ford for $21.50 each with the SVTOA discount. Hard to beat that deal! I couldn't find just the boots for sale anywhere.
