Rear Suspension Noise

Hey Everybody

My car is makes a groaning noise in reverse, but it does not happen every time and it normally happens when the car sits for more then a couple hours. Does anybody know whats the issue?

When was the last time you greased all your suspension bushings?

I lubed my lower control arms about 4 months ago.
